A 30-minute conversation with your dedicated rep. No pitch, no pressure. We ask about your current payroll setup, your team, your pay schedule, and what’s not working today.

Your first payroll runs — we’re right there with you
We walk you through your first payroll run to make sure everything looks right. Your rep is available by phone and email through the entire process. Most clients are fully live within 1–4 weeks of signing, depending on complexity.

How hard is it to switch payroll providers?+
Much easier than most people expect. We handle the entire transition — collecting your historical payroll data, setting up your employees and tax accounts in iSolved, and making sure your first payroll with us runs perfectly. Most clients are live within 1–4 weeks of signing their service agreement.
What happens to my historical payroll data?+
We migrate your year-to-date payroll data into iSolved so your records are continuous. Your employees’ W-2s at year-end will reflect their full year of earnings, not just the time they’ve been with Payroll Freedom.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?+
No long-term lock-in for base payroll services — either party can terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Some optional add-ons (like iSolved Hire and Time Clock agreements) carry a one-year minimum commitment, which is clearly disclosed before you add them.
What if I run into an issue after go-live?+
You call your dedicated rep directly. Same person, same number. There’s no ticket system, no hold queue, no explaining your account from scratch. Our goal is same-day resolution for any issue that comes up.
Can I add services later without starting over?+
Yes — all our services are built on the same iSolved platform. Adding time & attendance, HR management, or benefits administration is an upgrade within the same system, not a new implementation. Your data stays intact.
What does the $300 setup fee cover?+
The one-time $300 new client implementation fee covers your full system setup — building out your company profile, importing employee data, configuring tax accounts, setting up direct deposit, and conducting a virtual training walkthrough with your team. It’s a one-time charge billed at the start of your service.
